Supporting Gestalt Language Processing - a Total Communication Approach

Supporting Gestalt Language Processing - a Total Communication Approach

This new course has been written for practitioners supporting children and young people who may be identified as Gestalt Language Processors. You will learn how to recognise Gestalt Language Processors and explore strategies to develop their communication and social engagement. The course is relevant for those working with autistic individuals in mainstream settings, specialist provisions, AAC users and non-speakers.

The course is written by Helen Driver and designed for TAs, Teachers and Early Years Practitioners but excellent for SaLTs too who want to develop their knowledge of GLP and neuro-affirming practice.
